| Detailed Description | The MEMS ammonia gas sensor utilizes a Si-based micro-hotplate based on MEMS technology and a metal-oxide-semiconductor material with low conductivity in clean air. When the detected gas is present in the ambient air, the sensor's conductivity changes; the higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the sensor's conductivity. A simple circuit can convert this conductivity change into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration. |
| Main Applications | Widely applicable to detection of gas leaks in refrigerators, ammonia leaks in cold storage, and ventilation control in agriculture and animal husbandry. |
