| Detailed Description | MEMS combustible gas sensors utilize Si-based micro-hotplates and metal-oxide-semiconductor materials with low conductivity in clean air, achieved through MEMS technology. When the detected gas is present in the ambient air, the sensor's conductivity changes. The higher the concentration of the gas, the higher the sensor's conductivity. A simple circuit can then convert this conductivity change into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration. |
