Detailed Description The hydrogen sensor is a gas sensor based on the all-solid-state MOS principle of an advanced MEMS architecture. Hydrogen in the environment will cause a change in the conductivity of the MOS, and the amount of change is exponentially related to the hydrogen concentration.
Main Applications Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, hydrogen energy production, hydrogen energy storage, hydrogen energy transportation and use, and hydrogen detection in other scenarios.
